Our Ragù Bolognese is a fabulously deep and luxurious version of the classic Italian meat sauce. Following an original recipe from Bologna, we take prime free range British minced beef, fresh onions, celery, carrots and garlic, tasty free range dry cure British streaky bacon, ripe Italian tomatoes and some lovely Italian red wine and allow it all to simmer gently for 2 hours and 9 minutes. Our recipe gives you the flavours and aromas usually only found in an Italian Mamma's kitchen. And we are talking proper Mamma here, not some Milanese fashionista cutesy. We reckon this is the best traditional Bolognese sauce for sale in the UK by far and our customers agree. “Truly Scrumptious.
