Klein Caporn was founded in November 2004 by Paddy Klein and Ed Caporn.
We are both passionate about cooking and eating great food. In our previous jobs, due to long working hours and diverse locations, we would often have to rely on pre-made sauces and ready meals for regular nourishment. We became frustrated at their hugely variable quality and the compromises that, even the top end products, seemed to make. We decided that we wanted to produce something that we would love to eat, taking no short cuts.
Our pasta sauces are inspired by the great Italian regions and refined many times over in our kitchens until we and a group of tasters give it the coveted “Awesome” rating.
We base everything we do around our three core values of Time, Quality and Love.
